OBS! The class is taught in english. Focus: strength, technique, mobility. 

For those who are new to yoga or who want to continue working with the basics. Here we go through basic positions, breathing and simple technical principles. You will get a clear understanding of how the exercises are structured and how you can work with the body in a sustainable way, where both active and more peaceful positions are included. The classes contain exercises that strengthen the entire body, improve mobility and build physical and mental stability. We end all classes with rest so that the body and mind leave in a state of calm. A safe level to start – or to deepen your foundation, or go back to if your own conditions have changed.
