This class is suitable for beginners or anyone who wants to practice Iyengar yoga in English. We explore asanas (physical postures) and basic breathing exercises, with clear guidance from a certified Iyengar yoga teacher.
You will learn how to work with your body in a safe and sustainable way, with adaptations for individual needs or injuries. Classes include both active and more restorative poses to build strength, improve mobility, and support physical and mental stability. Each class ends with poses to relax the mind and body.
This is a safe level to start with, deepen your foundation, or return to if your conditions have changed.
The class is taught by a native bilingual English–Swedish Iyengar yoga teacher.
